Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will not accept a return, but if you are unhappy with the product and it has failed to meet our quality standards, we will issue you a refund with approval from our quality assurance team and if the request is within 30 days of the purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/us.

Reason why a refund will not be granted:

  • Refund is requested more than 30 days after purchase date.
  • Product has been used outside of product guidelines. For example, bin-liners must be changed every 4 days if they have organic waste sitting inside of them. After that time they will start to degrade along with food scraps. Yard waste or pet waste bags that have been left outside and exposed to the elements for more than 7 days will degrade as advertised after this time. ZipTop bags can be reused but we do not guarantee how many times, and bag reliability depends on how they are handled, which is not within our control.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of time dependent on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@refreshpackaging.ca.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We ask that you do not send the product back unless requested by our QA team. If a new product is expected instead of a refund, we will send that to the customer at no additional charge.

Shipping returns

If our team requests the product back, you should mail your product to: 203 58th Ave. SW Calgary, AB, Canada, T2H 0A5.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
