Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will not accept a return, but if you are unhappy with the product and it has failed to meet our quality standards, we will issue you a refund with approval from our quality assurance team and must be within 30 days of purchase date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/us.

Reason why a refund will not be granted:

  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase date
  • Product has been used outside of product guidelines. For example, bin-liners must be changed every 4 days if they have organic waste sitting inside of them. Longer than that time they will start to degrade with the food scraps. Yard waste or pet waste bags that have been left outside and exposed to the elements for more than 7 days. These bags will degrade as advertised after this time. ZipTop backs can be reused but we don’t not guarantee how many times and bags reliability depends on how they are handled which we do not have control over.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We ask that you do not send the product back unless requested by our QA team. If a new product is expected instead of a refund we will send that to the customer at no additional charge.

Shipping returns

If our team requests the product back, you should mail your product to: 203 58 Ave. SW Calgary Ab, Canada, T2J 7B4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
